NSIS-125 4P Modular Changeover Switch

Applicable

NSIS-125 series guide rail-mounted small conversion isolation switch, mainly suitable for AC 50 Hz or 60 Hz, rated voltage below 230-400V, rated current 63A to 125A in resistance and inductance hybrid circuits, which can be used for two-way power supply or load conversion. A kind of switching equipment, which can realize the conversion function of the circuit and the function of the isolation switch. Use places such as the conversion of the power supply of electrical equipment, the forward and reverse inversion of the motor, and the exchange of voltage and current in the measurement loop. Products comply with IEC60947-3, EN60947-3, IEC60947-6-1 standards.

Environmental working conditions

◆ Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃. Altitude: not more than 2000m. Atmospheric relative humidity: no more than 50% at +40°C, no more than 90% in the wettest month.
◆ The pollution level is: Level II. Use category: AC-22A.
◆The installation form adopts TH35-7.5 steel installation guide rail.

Product structure characteristics

The small guide rail type switch is directly operated by the handle to realize the O, I, and Ⅱ three-gear conversion function. The internal handle rotation groove and the sliding part of the shaft are coated with high-grade grease to reduce mechanical wear. The moving and static contacts adopt a reasonable contact form, which has good conductivity and stability. Modular and standardized guide rail mounting structure is especially suitable for use as a supporting circuit for terminal combined electrical appliances.

Installation, use instructions and precautions

■ The guide rail type small transfer switch should be installed vertically, and the upper terminal is connected to the power supply, so that the movable contact is disconnected without electricity, so as to ensure personal safety during manual operation.
■ When the guide rail type small transfer switch is closed and opened, it is not allowed to operate with load under normal circumstances.

■ The upper end is the incoming line, and the lower end is the outgoing end (load end). Reverse wiring is not allowed; if I or II is required to cut off the power, when the handle is pushed to the middle position O, the switches I and II are both disconnected; if necessary When shifting to Ⅱ gear, push the handle upward, the Ⅱ gear contact is on, and the I gear contact is off; if you need to switch to the Ⅱ gear, pull the handle down, and the I gear contact is on, The second gear contact is disconnected.

■ The third gear conversion of this product is to realize the operation of the mechanical parts by the compression and release of the main force spring. The handle operation force and inertial force of the product are relatively large (63A-125A products). Generally, it is difficult to achieve accurate gear conversion smoothly with one-handed operation, and the operation is improper. Will cause abnormal conversion of the circuit. During use, it is recommended that 63A-125A products be operated with both hands or factory-equipped product accessories (extended handle operating handle).

■ Rail-type small transfer switches should not frequently switch on and off large overload currents (overload use), nor should they frequently switch on and off normal working currents, and do not forcefully push the switch to avoid accidents and shorten the product. Service life.

■ If multiple change-over switches are installed in a closed distribution box at the same time, heat will accumulate in the box and the temperature will rise correspondingly, causing the switch to generate abnormal heat. Long-term use will damage the insulation parts of the product and shorten the service life of the product. When the temperature reaches +40℃ or higher, the product should be derated appropriately, with a derating factor of 0.8, then the maximum operating current is the rated current multiplied by the factor 0.8. (For example, the maximum operating current 125A×0.8=100A)。

■ There is no arc extinguishing chamber in the guide rail type small transfer switch, and it is not allowed to break the fault current. If necessary, the user can choose a suitable fuse combination to have a larger load and short-circuit breaking capacity (the specific breaking capacity is determined by the breaking capacity of the selected fuse).

■ The cross-sectional area of the connecting wire of the transfer switch should match its rated current to ensure the normal use of the product. Product wiring torque standard: 1.2 N.m for 16-40A, 3.5 N.m for 63-125A.

■ During use, the reliability of the screw fastening between the switch terminal and the connected wires should be checked regularly. When it is found that the abnormal heating of the product causes the terminal to change color, the insulating housing parts are burned, the operating mechanism is stuck, and the switch cannot be closed, etc., it must be timely Find out the cause and replace it.
